How to describe the flavor of Isaribi Kan? We take pride in offering the best and freshest food, in tune with the changing seasons and the daily catches. Myself a licensed broker, I personally visit the morning “Hakodate Fish Market” in Hakodate Bay and bid on the day’s cuttlefish and seafood.

Our breakfast selection includes in-season roast fish as well as our house-made salmon caviar (ikura).
Also served is sashimi of Hakodate’s renowned “morning cuttlefish”. We are pleased to offer this selection all year round.
